Name:Last minute evolution
Description:Right during the middle of you battle if this item is used your pokemon will evolve once. Looks like a stone ribbon, its color is the colors of the rainbow
Effect:Allows your pokemon durring battle to evolve and become stronger as to win, at least two turns must have been through. The penalty is -20 HP.
Usage: Me and all sterling users.

hmm....I like it....but shouldn't there be some sort of penalty? Like have 20-less HP or something? I think that would be better then...

Thats unfair, because then it is an instant evolution, and you would not need the amount of wins needed to evolve your pokemon regularly.
