[Battle Item] Sap

Name of Battle Item:Sap
Description of Battle Item:This is a sort of yo-yo deal that has sap on the end of it, the pokemon holds onto one end and throws the other half at the opponent, then once its stuck to the opponent it saps energy into the user.
Effect of Battle Item:Gains HP, 5 HP per turn.
Usage: I can use, and anybody thats a gym leader.

Change to "Gains 5 HP per Turn.", Lock, and Move it.
