Name of Battle Item: Gale Wings
Description of Battle Item: These wings are very sharp and dangerous. Only dragons can use them.
Effect of Battle Item: The pokemon that uses this Battle Item gains 10 attack and can dodge one attack. The opponent gains 20 attack.
Usage: Me(Gible and its evolutions.)

uh . . . not so sure about this one . . . just something about ur pokemon attacking twice even though the other pokemon gets 20 more just bugs me . . .
