How to Make a Fan-Fic Pokemon!!

This is how to make a Fan-Fic Pokemon. This is the Template.

Description of Pokemon: (What does it look like? How does it act?)
Type of Pokemon: (What's its Type?)
Evolved, Legendary Double-Evolved, or Unevolved: (If you have under Ten Wins, you will not be able to use Evolved Pokemon but you can freely make them. If you want to make an Evolved Pokemon to a previous creation, ask a mod to unlock it (if it was approved). You need 20 wins to use a Double-Evolved Pokemon, but same rules!! You need to have a Gym Badge to make a Legendary Pokemon, but Gym Leaders can freely make Legendaries, but can have only one in their arsonal at a time unless stated otherwise. To use it, you must trade in your current Legendary Pokemon for it, and it must have the same HP, but everything else can be different!!)
What it is Evolved From: (Only for Evolved. We need to know what it is Evolved from!)
Pokemon's HP: (It should be for Unevolved, 50-120. For Evolved it can be from 120-200, and for Double-Evolved it can be from 200-300. For Legendary it can be from 300-350.)
