Name of Pokemon: Luz
Description of Pokemon: It has a bright white pelt and is very small, it is known as the light version of Evee, but it is much more shy. It is like evee, but it has a gleaming crystal on its forehead. It is only seen in very remote areas that have been barely touched by humans.
Type of Pokemon: Light
Unevolved
Pokemon's HP: 100.
((Can I just make it's evo's while it's dissaproved?))
