How to Make a Fan-Fic Attack!!

This is how to make a Fan-Fic Attack!! If you follow this Template, we will get to yours as soon as we can and approve it so you can battle with it!!
Name of Attack-Self Explanitory.
What Types can use this Attack-I would suggest no more than three types unless it is a Normal Attack, then put Normal.
Description and Effect of Attack-How does your Pokemon perform this Attack? What does it do?
Damage of Attack-I would suggest no more damage than 40 at a time.
Usage-Can anybody but the Creator of it use it? What Pokemon can use it?
